Rxly.ai reduces the clinician's charting workload. It transcribes the consultation live, separates the speakers, then produces an ICD-11-coded differential and a draft SOAP note for export in FHIR R4 format. Clinical grounding comes from five sources wired in over RAG: OpenFDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, DailyMed, PubMed and Europe PMC.
