This is my pitch at the first Hamseongsori IR demo day, hosted by the Work Together Foundation, run by YBI and supported by Google.org. It was held on 17 November 2022 and streamed live on the foundation's YouTube channel. I explained why LOCL had to be operating infrastructure rather than another marketing channel.
